Where do you ship to.

I only ship throughout the UK and Northern Ireland.
What is your delivery time.

Items get posted Monday - Friday and I estimate 5-7 working days but it is usually before that.
I would like more information about a product.

No problem. just drop me a message on the contact page and I will get back to you within 24 hours. ( Except Sundays)
How do I get a refund or exchange.

Please send a message via the contact page or email address. Refund will only be issued once I am in receipt of the item. It must be returned in the same resalable condition. Item must be returned tracked at the buyers expense.
